2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through WorkOS AuthKit. If you are an admin, we also collect your organization and workspace details.

2.2 WhatsApp Message Data

To provide the Service, we receive and store WhatsApp messages sent to and from your connected WhatsApp Business number. This includes message content, sender information, timestamps, message status (sent, delivered, read), and media attachments.

2.3 Customer Data

We store customer phone numbers and display names as provided by WhatsApp. Your team may add notes, tags, and other metadata to customer records within the Service.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing-related metadata.

2.5 Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including login times, features accessed, and performance metrics such as response times and message volumes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To process your subscription payments and manage your account.
  • To facilitate WhatsApp message delivery and conversation management.
  • To generate analytics and performance metrics for your workspace.
  • To send you service-related communications (e.g., billing confirmations, security alerts).

  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Cloud API): Message data is transmitted through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API as required to deliver messages.
  • Stripe: Payment and billing information is shared with Stripe for payment processing.
  • WorkOS: Authentication data is processed through WorkOS AuthKit.
  • Convex: Application data is stored and processed using Convex's real-time database infrastructure.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication through WorkOS, and access controls within the application. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request data export at any time through your workspace settings or by contacting support.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
